Friendly Witch Of The North

Fillet of a fenny snake
In the cauldron boil and bake
Eye of newt and toe of frog
Wool of bat and tongue of dog
Adder’s fork and blind-worm’s sting
Lizard’s leg and owlet’s wing
For a charm of powerful trouble
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble
Double, double toil and trouble
Fire burn and cauldron bubble

(William Shakespeare)

  1. Your little good witch of the north is completely adorable! I love what you wrote with this post from Mr. Shakespeare.

    Coming by from SITS!

  2. Hi. Visiting from SITS. Your daughter is so cute. Great blog.

  3. She's as adorable as your post title!

  4. My little niece was a witch last year, and she had the hair for it! As she unrolled her 137th piece of candy, she looked me in the eye and said, "I know what too much candy doos to you."

"What does too much candy do, Kate?" I asked.

    "It makes your hair tangled."

I wish I'd known that when I was a kid.
